Settings For Outlook Express
Since PopTray is set to check mail automatically
at an interval you set, you
don't want Outlook Express set to check mail also.

I use rules much the same as I have in PopTray with only some small
differences.
So I have a total of 5 rules in PopTray
and 5 rules in Outlook Express.
With these 5 rules I don't have to look at any Spam or have a
virus-infected e-mail downloaded to my PC.
